Availability

The items shown on the website are usually in stock but the availability will not be confirmed before the order is shipped.

By the Meter Items

The fabrics, webbings etc. by the meter stuff are sold by running meters from the rolls if nothing else is mentioned on the product description. The minimum amount you can order is usually 0,2m unless something else is specified on the product description. For example if you order 1,8 meters of Quickdry Midweight [QDM] fabric you will get 1,8m x 1,5m sized fabric piece.

International Orders

We deliver orders to most countries over the globe! All prices on the web-page include Finnish 23% Value Added Tax (VAT).

EU companies: include your VAT ID when ordering, and we deduct the VAT from the order total.

Customers outside the EU: We will deduct the Finnish 23% VAT from your order total as you do not need to pay European tax!
Outside EU recipient will have to take care of local customs and tax.

Fabric Samples

Not sure about your choice of products? No problem, we will be happy to mail you free samples. You can order free fabric samples through the web store. You can order samples of up to three different groups totally for free. For more than three sample groups you have to pay for shipping. When samples are included in a bigger order the sample amount is not limited. You can also write us an e-mail with the materials you are interested in (by category).

Payment

Payment can be made online with Debit/Credit/Electron card, cash on delivery inside Finland or as pre-payment with bank transfer (within 5 days after placing in the order). We prefer Debit or Credit card payments. Long-term customers (companies and organizations) can request billing (NET 14). We are a member of the Finnish credit card association Luottokunta. We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron and Mastercard through their quick, secure (SSL) and easy to use payment system.

Shipping

Shipping is available with the Finnish Post. Orders will be delivered within few business days after we receive payment unless otherwise noted.

At Checkout webstore will automatically offer you the appropriate shipping options according to shopping cart weight or volume weight.

Minimum order limit: 0 EUR
Small order fee: 0 EUR

Very lightweight or bulky items are shipped using volume weight, which is 250 g for 1 liter. Particularly big orders like full fabric rolls etc. may have higher shipping costs. They will be quoted on request.

Note: there are no tracking codes for regular priority or economy letters! For Express letters and packages the tracking code will be provided by e-mail after the order is shipped.

Responsibility

Shelby is not responsible for lost freight or damaged packages so please include your full address to avoid shipping problems. A complete address must be attached to your order as we are unable to refund freight charges on undeliverable packages that are returned.

Customers Outside EU:

Finnish VAT 23% will be deducted from orders going outside EU. Note that you might be charged with customs fees and taxes by your country of residence when receiving the goods!
